The subject of the thesis was a result of interest in Performance Management System that was presented in HR class. The impact that a successful implementation of the system within a company may have on strategic business results are realized. With this premise, an organization that opens the doors so you can investigate how it was implementing the Performance Management System and the concrete results so far had been made with their implementation was sought. The company that facilitated the completion of this work is Life (Ecuadorian Industrial Pharmaceutical Laboratories). Details of the research can be found during the development of this thesis.
